Do they all come with solar? 

  • The Peak and The Summit both include a 216W solar panel, supplied in a separate box for transport protection and to prevent shipping damage/theft. 
  • The panel mounts to the roof racks once installed. 

 

The Boulder is solar-ready (racks pre-fitted) but the panel is not included by default. 

Can I leave bedding inside when packed down? 

Yes — all three tanks allow bedding to stay inside when closed, which means a much quicker camp setup.

How quick is setup? 

All three are gas-strut assisted: 

  • The Peak / The Summit: ~30 seconds 
  • The Boulder: ~45–60 seconds (larger body) 

Are they comfortable year-round? 

Yes — all models include: 

✅ 5cm memory foam mattress 

✅ 3D mesh breathable base layer to reduce condensation 

 

This is a big upgrade over cheaper rooftop tents that can trap moisture under the mattress. 

Which tent is best for off-grid touring? 

If you’re planning multi-day touring or remote stays: 

  • The Peak is the most complete out-of-the-box setup 
  • The Summit is the more compact off-grid option 

Both come with solar included (just not pre-mounted). 

How do they handle Aussie weather? 

  • The Summit features a 420D Oxford canopy for heavy wind and rain 
  • The Boulder & The Peak use thick 300G canvas for all-season reliability 

The hard shell design prevents fabric sagging or pooling in storms. 

Are the struts durable? 

Yes — The Peak and Summit use German-made hydraulic rods for smooth opening and long life.

Will it fit my car?
